Hotel is an establishment of accommodations which is to provide travellers or tourists a place of temporary residence. The place usually consists of reasonably comfortable bed room with bath room. Commonly provided features are telephone, WiFi or broadband access, mini-bar and etc.

Additional facilities such as cafe, restaurant, shopping arcade, swimming pool, spas, sauna bath, fitness centers, and childcare centre. Conference room or social function services are amongst the commonly available amenities provided at business oriented hotels.

Hotel Types and Rating:

The more common hotel classification systems include Star rating, letter grading, from A to F, Diamond or simply a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory footnote to accommodation such as hostels and motels. Reception opened 24 hours, multilingual staff, Doorman-service or valet parking, Concierge, page boy, Spacious reception hall, Personalized greeting for each guest with fresh flowers or a present in the room, Safe in the room.

There are even hotels claim to be 6-star or 7-star standards, but which is mainly advertising purpose.
